Expected Experience

My expected experience with shadowing was to shadow a nurse who works at a big hospital. I wanted to get an experience with hospital and what a day looks like for nurses and doctors, since I’m going into medical field. I was hoping to work with the patients that need to stay in the hospital for a few days because it would let me see how their health changes. I was also interested to see how a day in the ER looks like besides shadowing a nurse. If I was shadowing at the hospital I thought that maybe one day I could see what happens in the ER. Shadowing at a big hospital would show me what doctors do if I decided to become a doctor in the future.
